Grape varieties: 50% Carignan, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Red Grenacha.
Vineyards: The grapes for this wine are collected from several vineyards.  We only select the best Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes that our vineyards offer each year. We have more than 300 small vineyards. Therefore, we can offer the essence of this land in our great wines.
Terroir: Slate soil
Harvest: Manually with boxes of 15 kilos

Maduration Control: Taste of the grape and analytic control of the most.
Reception Well: Crusher de-stemmer
Vinification: In stainless steel vats of 5,000 litres, with warm and cold temperature control.  Pre-maceration in cold.  Alcoholic fermentation at 28˚C.  Maceration takes a minimum of 25 days. Malo-lactic fermentation takes place in the vat.
Ageing:For 12 months
Barrels: 90% French oak, 10% American (new barrels: 34% for the first year, 33% the second and 33% for the third).
Alcoholic percentage: 14%
